To our valued customers and partners:

While everyone across the world navigates the uncertainty of COVID-19, the business of agriculture continues to move ahead. We understand that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible for you to continue your operations. We have been in business for decades doing mission critical work in support of agribusinesses across North America and want you to know that at this important time, you can count on us to be there to support your business.

On Friday, March 13th, Greenstone Systems enacted our business continuity plans for the company. As of Monday, March 16th, we suspended all company travel and have moved to a 100% remote work environment. While we will miss much of the in-person contact that is important in our business, we are confident in our adjusted operations to maintain connection, continuity, and to support the safety and health of all parties.

Implementations and Site Visits

For our customers that had scheduled on-site visits or implementations in the coming weeks, we are in the process of reaching out and making alternate arrangements.

Service and Support

We have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other and with you, our valued customers and partners. Our remote technical support structure will remain intact even as we move to fully remote operations.

Rest assured that we are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time maintaining the high levels of service that you have come to associate us with. Please feel free reach out to your account manager or contact Support with any additional questions and concerns.
